Word of God Church uses this site to share information about our services, sermons, events and ministry, and to accept voluntary donations, tithes and offerings ("gifts"). We do not sell physical or digital products through this website.
You can give a gift to Word of God Church in two ways:
All gifts given through this site are voluntary. Nothing on this website constitutes a sale of goods or services in exchange for payment.
Because gifts are voluntary and not payment for goods or services, they are generally non-refundable. However, we will gladly refund a gift where:
To request a refund, contact us within [EDIT: e.g. 7 days] of the transaction via our Contact page, including your name, the date, and the amount given. We'll review each request individually and respond promptly.
A once-off gift cannot be cancelled once it has been successfully processed by PayFast or received by EFT — see our refund policy above instead. If we introduce recurring/repeating gifts (for example, monthly tithing) in future, you'll be able to cancel future payments at any time by contacting us — cancellation will take effect from the next scheduled payment, and won't refund payments already made.
Not applicable. Word of God Church does not sell or ship physical or digital goods through this website — every transaction is a voluntary gift, so there is nothing to deliver.
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, submit false information through our forms, or use content from this site for unrelated commercial purposes without our permission.
The text, sermons, images and branding on this site belong to Word of God Church unless otherwise credited. You're welcome to share our content for non-commercial, ministry-related purposes with appropriate credit.
PayFast and any other payment processor we use operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which apply to the payment step of your gift. We aren't responsible for outages, errors or delays caused by these third-party services, though we'll always try to help resolve any issue you raise with us.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
